Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by South Wye Development Trust (Registered Charity No. 1117770), trading as The Kindle Centre. By browsing or using this site, you agree to these terms. They do not cover the terms of any room hire contract itself — those are set out separately in our [Room Hire Terms and Conditions / booking confirmation], which apply once a booking is confirmed.

Using this website

This website is provided to give information about The Kindle Centre and its facilities, and to allow visitors to make enquiries or requests to hire a room. You may browse and use the site for these purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
  • Use any automated system (such as a bot or scraper) to access the site without our permission
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the site

Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep information on this site, including room availability, pricing and facility details, up to date and accurate. However, details may change, and we do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free. Where figures or availability shown here conflict with what we confirm directly to you in writing, the direct confirmation takes precedence.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to South Wye Development Trust or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you must not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites, including JustGiving for donations, and may link to partner organisations, funders or suppliers. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of them.

Liability

We provide this website "as is" and, so far as permitted by law, make no guarantees about its availability, security or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, except where that loss is caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded (such as for death or personal injury).

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
