The Kindle Centre is well equipped for all your meeting needs.

The following are available to reserve free of charge:

  •  65″ HD Promethean ActivPanel with touch screen technology mounted on a mobile media stand with laptop shelf
  • Data Projectors
  • Flip chart Stands
  • Whiteboards
  • Screen
  • Wireless Internet Access

Hall Equipment

  • Epsom HD projector with 7500 lumens WXGA lens that can project up to 6.25m wide.
  • Surround sound system with Blu-ray player
  • 2x Trantec wireless lapel microphones
  • 2x Trantec wireless handheld microphones

The following are chargeable:

  • Flip Chart Pads new £8.50, partially used £4.50 (or you may bring your own if you prefer)
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning

Refreshments

Snacks

Unlimited tea and coffee can be available in all of our rooms at a cost of £1.25 per person per booking (minimum charge of £5.00 per room). If under 5 people, they can use a kettle.
Biscuits available on request for an extra charge.
Assorted cakes/Pastries: £1 per person.

Buffets

Buffets are available from £8 per head. Minimum number of 12 people. For less than 12 there will be a small extra charge.

Buffet menus available upon request.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for. We can also provide fruit, pastries, juice, cakes etc – please ask

Use of the Urn and Cups

Under 10 people: £5 (kettle if a small amount)

10-20 people: £10

20-30 people: £15

30-40 people: £20
