She is very passionate and committed to promoting shared knowledge and awareness of well-being within the community to alleviate depression, social exclusion and the myriad of body – mind issues.

In the past she has been part of creating rewarding partnerships between the public and private sectors working within the local communities.

She is particularly interested in how the individual can be empowered to become mentally, physically and spiritually more resilient. She also has an insight into the management of depression, anxiety and psychosomatic issues through meditation and mind/body practices. She is involved in mindfulness in education including having worked for Oxford University during 2017 and 2018.

Since arriving in Hereford Franca has been following the Women’s Equality Group, the Happier, Healthier Herefordshire meetings and the Green Networks activities.
