The course uses a selected number of images that will help illustrate different aspects of art from Modernist Britain, Europe and North America. The focus is on works made after 1945. These views will include examples of what came before and what has changed. Artists will include Paula Regio, Richard Hamilton, Joan Mitchell and Gerhard Richter.
