The Kindle Centre is well equipped for all your meeting needs.

The following are available to reserve free of charge:

Wireless Internet Access

Epsom HD projector with 7500 lumens WXGA lens that can project up to 6.25m wide.
Surround sound system with Blu-ray player
2x Trantec wireless lapel microphones
2x Trantec wireless handheld microphones

Flip Chart Pads new £8.50, partially used £3.50 (or you may bring your own if you prefer)
Photocopying
Scanning

Unlimited tea and coffee can be available in all of our rooms at a cost of £1.25 per person per booking (minimum charge of £5.00 per room).

Buffets are available from £8 per head. Minimum number of 12 people. For less than 12 there will be a small extra charge.

Buffet menus available upon request.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for. We can also provide fruit, pastries, juice, cakes etc – please ask
