Mandy Evans

South Wye Development Trust Chief Officer

Mandy became SWDT chief officer in October 2018, after working in the South Wye for over 10 years supporting the community and is a well known familiar face to locals. Mandy has worked in housing and regeneration for over 25 years. When not working Mandy is a part time fitness instructor, loves running and spending time with here children who play competitive football.

Suzanne Evans

Centre Support Staff

For The Kindle Centre

Suzanne worked at the Hereford Magistrates’ Court before coming to The Kindle Centre and Centre Support Staff. Her duties involve preparing the centre for business, responding to the bookings and helping with the day to day running of the Centre. When not working, Suzanne likes travelling, cooking, decorating her family home and spending time with her family.

Victoria Young

Centre Support Staff

For The Kindle Centre

Victoria worked at an estate agents and at a large retailer before coming to The Kindle Centre as Centre Support Staff. Her duties involve  preparing the centre for business, responding to the bookings and helping with the day to day running of the centre. When not at work, Victoria is busy looking after her horses, helping out at St. Michaels shop and loves spending time with her family.

Susannah Jones

Susannah is a Key Worker with the BBO Herefordshire project at The Kindle Centre, focussed on working with those furthest from the job market to overcome barriers and help people achieve their aspirations. Susannah loves the variety of her job and enjoys meeting people and listening to their unique stories.

Susannah has been an active volunteer since being a teenager, including supporting children with disabilities to learn to swim, in-school reading support, hot food distribution to homeless families and supporting families via children’s Centre Services and is now a Trustee of three local charities.

Susannah has over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing, sales and marketing roles and has been lucky enough to travel around the world with her previous jobs.

Elaine Walton

Finance Officer

For The Kindle Centre

Elaine is a fully qualified accountant with over 16 years experience working in practice and industry.

She enjoys being involved in the local community and her favourite hobby is out walking in the countryside with her dog.

She enjoys travel and learning about different cultures.

The most exotic place she has visited is Borneo where her younger brother lives.

Natalya Kolesnykova

BBO Key Worker

For The Kindle Centre

Natalya was born in Ukraine. As soon as she graduated from Kharkiv University with a degree in Engineer-Technologist in the Food Industry in 2001, she came to live in the UK.

At first, Natalya studied at St Giles Brighton College in a language course in English. In the same year she moved to Hereford and has been living here for 21 years.

Natalya is married and has a daughter, who was born and studied in Hereford.

Natalya has also worked as a supervisor and Quality Control Manager for F & M Greens and volunteered for Red Cross.

Karen Cunningham Kennett

Services Administrator

For The Kindle Centre

Karen worked in retail for 28 years before coming to The Kindle Centre as Services Administrator. Her duties involve taking and arranging bookings for the hall and the 6 meeting rooms and helping with the day to day running of the centre.

Claire Williams

BBO Key Worker

Building Better Opportunities

Clare is a Key Worker on the BBO Making Changes South Wye Project supporting local people move forward with their lives through employment, volunteering and training. Also providing Holistic support for those furthest away from making changes.

Clare has previously worked on Welfare to Work Contracts for the past 20 years both in Hereford and South Wales. When not at work Clare enjoys DIY, motor homing and spending time with her husband, dogs and grandchildren.

Charlie Watkins

BBO Key Worker

BBO Key Support Worker.

Charlie  thoroughly enjoys her role as a BBO keyworker at the Kindle Centre. Charlie has a background is Social Care & Fitness, loves people and enjoys helping others to be the best version of themselves in a variety of different ways.

Most importantly, as a compassionate and caring individual, she strives to get people in their happiest place :).

Charlie is a mum to three energetic children in both primary and secondary school, so is well aware of how difficult it can be to juggle finances, manage a home, co-ordinate school activities and try to get by as a working parent. Life can be a challenge and if Charlie can assist someone to take just one step closer to an easier time, then she will.
